Venmo the total cost for each ticket to each Class you are Booking and include the following in the Note section:
Your Full Name and the Name of Any Other Attendees for whom you are purchasing tickets
Your Email Address
The Class Date(s) & Name(s) for which you are purchasing tickets
Once your payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email with the class location and details.
Policies
Students agree to these terms and conditions upon purchase of a ticket to any TCS Wine Tasting Class or Event.

Admission into any TCS wine tasting class or event requires that you be a minimum age of 21 at the time of enrollment and be able to present a valid government-issued form of identification prior to commencement of the class or event. If you cannot produce a valid form of identification, you will not be able to partake in the day’s course. You must be 21 years of age or older for any public or private event conducted by The Cultured Somm, LLC, with no exceptions.

All sales are final and all tickets are non-refundable. Tickets to TCS Wine Tasting Classes and Events can only be transferred with a minimum of 72 hours advance written notice to TCS via email to theculturedsomm@gmail.comproviding the name and contact information for the transferee as well as warranting that the transferee is 21 years of age or older. Multiple transfers are not permitted.
TCS reserves the right to cancel any class with a minimum of 72 hours advance notice and upon doing so, will offer all ticket-holders the opportunity to either transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date for that class, transfer their ticket to a different class, or receive a full refund. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

We often take candid and group photos and videos of classes and events and use them to publicly recap or promote future classes and events. By attending a TCS class or event, either in person or online, you agree to allow us to use any photos or videos that contain your image or likeness on our website, email communications, social media channels, or other third party advertisements without obtaining further permission from you.
We also encourage you to take photos and videos of our wine tasting classes and events, to share on your social media channels and to tag @theculturedsomm and use the hashtags #theculturedsomm #theculturedsommevents #theculturedsommwinetasting. Our motto is cultivating joie de vivre through wine and we encourage you to enjoy our wine tasting classes and events, but ask that at all times you please be respectful of other attendees.

At The Cultured Somm, LLC, we strive to provide exceptional service and transparent business practices. To ensure clarity and mutual accountability, the following policies apply to payment disputes and chargebacks.
Payment Obligations
All payments for classes, goods, services, and events provided by The Cultured Somm, LLC, are due in accordance with the terms outlined herein.
Disputing or reversing a valid payment (e.g., initiating a chargeback does not eliminate your contractual obligation to pay for classes, goods, services, or events delivered as agreed.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback is initiated and deemed invalid, the customer is still responsible for settling the full balance of the invoice, along with any applicable fees incurred as a result of the dispute.
We reserve the right to pursue the recovery of unpaid balances through appropriate legal or collection channels if payment is not resolved promptly.
Resolution Process
Customers are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. We are available to assist in addressing disputes amicably and efficiently.
In the event of an unresolved chargeback, The Cultured Somm, LLC, will provide documentation (e.g., invoices, proof of delivery or participation) to the payment processor to validate the transaction.
Legal and Collection Actions
If payment remains unpaid after all reasonable resolution attempts, TCS reserves the right to take further action, which may include:
Filing a claim in small claims court.
Reporting the matter to credit bureaus and/or engaging a collection agency.
Seeking any and all additional damages and/or fees as allowed by law.
